The Yoga at our Retreat in Bahia is mostly of Hatha or Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow style depending on retreat schedules and our hosted Yoga retreats. This year we will be home to many famous Yoga professionals, that will Host their Yoga retreats at our secluded retreat location . During the months of March and November owner of Yoga retreat Brazil,will hold Integrative Yoga therapy classes and South America's world famous master Yogi Pedro Kupfer from Uruguay will enchant us with his wisdom and over 20 years of experience and insights in November 2012.

Our Yoga classes are held in the mornings and start at 7:30 am in the Yoga pavillion overlooking the ocean.Class duration may be up to 2 hours some Mysore style,some are guided classes depending on the type of Yoga, all Yoga levels are welcome . Other Yoga retreats may offer Yoga classes in the afternoons as well. Our Integrative Yoga therapy retreats in Bahia will also offer Pranayamas,guided meditation,Yoga Nidra,Chakra therapy and Holistic healing.

The Yoga retreat is nestled on an 8000 m2 coconut grove, between The Caraiva river and the ocean, surrounded by beautiful green plush "Mata Atlantica" literally translates to " Green atlantic". Your rustic style bungalows are beach front tastefully decorated,AC and Frigobar,solar heated water and the only noise you will hear will be the sound of the ocean and the rustling of the coconut trees. Here you will experience paradise,no pollution,clean waters and no cars but total infrastructure ! Everything can be done by foot at the local village nearby, a 5 minute walk from your retreat,which also has many cute Bars ,restaurants and Forro-local folkloric dance .

Imagine your self surrounded only by beautiful waters ,pristine white sandy beaches, an occasional doplhin or turtle swimming at a distance while having breakfast on our beachfront deck.Yoga retreat in Bahia is a perfect back drop for Yoga immersion ,Yoga vacations ,meditation sessions, massage and relaxation.Other aquatic activities such as snorkelling,spearfishing,kite surfing lessons best from July onwards,windsurf or surfing is also available .For golf lovers we can also arrange a day trip to famous Golf course;Terra Vista in Porto Seguro by car or speedboat for an additional cost.Guests have been known to extend their stay!
